Read it. It will confuse, infuriate and empower you.

I feel overwhelmed by all of this…more than ever. I don’t know if I feel empowered yet, but I am hopeful.  I want to teach my son to be healthier than I was. I want to give him the gift of eating without guilt. I want to teach him healthy choices and that food isn’t morally good of bad. It just is. All these things I want to do for him, but I don’t do for myself. Why do we abuse our own bodies?
